A lovely day out with junior Florry visiting Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. Nice to get out and take some photos again instead of fixing and building things all day. Great town and motorhome friendly with designated parking for motorhomes and can even stay overnight 🙂

It's known to the locals as Bury. A beautiful historic market town. The ruins of the Abbey is near the town centre and only a short walk from the motorhome parking along with St Edmundsbury Cathedral. It was once the most wealthy and famous pilgrimage location in England and people came from all over Europe to visit the Shrine of St Edmun.
