Back at Santo Tomas the small village on the south coast and a beautiful day. Can't beleive it's end of Jan, I'm feeling much more positive today. We are ejoying the sunshine and simplicity of the nature we have around us. We are surrounded by hills and woodlands and the beach at our door step. The beach has a paved walkway accessible to wheelchairs that runs the length of the beach with ramps down to the sand. The whole area is set in a conservation area so it is not too built up. Please if you visit here be aware that due to mud bathing there is eroding at the base of the cliffs which causes instability. It also causes uprooting of vegetation and the coastline to change. This in turn is destroying a non renewable resource as the clays are very old rocks that do not renew themselves. (discobreix Menorca 2020) maybe enjoy the beauty of this place and swim instead of taking a mud bath. Happy Monday and Stay Safe πŸ™πŸΎπŸ‘«πŸš›πŸ€—β£οΈπŸ™

Parked up with nice views of the sea outside the back. Nice to have the doors open and to look out to sea

Been a lovely day again.

The cafe at the beach closed up for winter.

View from my bedroom of the garden for the next few days

So relaxing. Nature is so much nicer than materialistic things and Menorca certainly has so much to offer.

  Beautiful beach line

Rolo just about controlling himself as we tell him to wait before he can go in πŸΎπŸΎπŸΎπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Love the wooden rails they use here among walks and paths

Lots of hotels along the coast but but too ugly and but too high

Home to a nice roaring πŸ”₯ still cold despite the sunshine
