How do you keep organised and on task? Recently we have had a lot of different things we need to organise and been a little disorganised with it all so we made ourselves a Kanban board to motivate us and to get things done. It has, To do, doing, and done along the top and down the side it has Cat, Chris, Web stuff, Florry. Then post it notes with all the things we need to do which we can move as we get things done. Easier now it's on paper and not all in my head 🙂 Florry has the most post it notes on and the Web which is also linked to Florry 😆🚛👫🐾🙏
