Who loves Stonehenge? The French Stonehenge is here in La-Creuse and an amazing place to visit. The mysterious stone park known as Les Pierres Jaumatres has a collection of stones and boulders. Lovely woodland setting with a restaurant next door. There is also a car park which would be a lovely spot for a nights stop. The Stones have legends and mystery.Once you reach the stones after a 10 minutes walk in the woods, you are surprised by the number of these monolith or megaliths there are and bonus is your can climb up them and get some beautiful views and generally have fun. The stones are reminiscent of prehistoric dolmens. We love this place and have been coming for over 25 years and it's stayed the same 👍👫🚛🐾🙏
