Back to Cala'n Porter for a few nights. We spent the day with a friend and Rolos best mate Barney. Visited Santo Tomas a nice beach with a paved walkway that runs the length of the beach with ramps down to the sand. The whole area is set in a conservation area so it is not too built up. We walked along the Camil de Cavalls to Binigaus and further along amongst trees and vegetation. Binigaus beach along the cliffs has become a popular place to take mud baths. Please if you visit bare in mind that it slowly is eroding the base of the cliffs which causes instability and risk to bathers. It also causes uprooting of vegetation and the coastline to change. This in turn is destroying a non renewable resource as the clays are very old rocks that do not renew themselves.
